1. Order fulfillment times
The orders are processed within two working days of receipt. Once you have completed the purchase and received the order confirmation mail, orders will be escaped. The delivery times of the merchandise will be able to vary depending on the product chosen, however never before 2 (two) working days. The evasion will be delayed during the holidays. Orders will be evaded and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO is not responsible for unpredictable delays, while staying that, except for cases of force majeure, Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) days from the day after the Customer issued the order to FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO
The day of delivery will depend on the destination location and availability of the ordered merchandise. Deliveries are not made on festive and pre-festive days.
2. Mode of delivery
The deliveries of the products shall be made at the address by the Customer indicated in the purchase procedure through the carrier throughout the Italian territory with the exception of Campione D' Italia and Livigno. The carrier assumes full responsibility for the transport, from taking over from the supplier, until delivery to the indicated address. FLORILIEST KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO takes no responsibility for any damage or irregular behaviour by the carrier.
It is possible to choose as a shipping address the most convenient location : your residence, office or address of another person. The delivery of the merchandise is necessary for the presence of the Customer or of an appointee to the address of the recipient named in the order.
No responsibility can be charged to FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO in the event of a delay in order evasion or delivery of the order or delivery of the order.
At the time of delivery the customer is required to check :
-that the imdance is intact, nor damaged, nor wet, or otherwise altered, even in the materials of closure ;
-that the number of packages corresponds to the indicated in the transport document.

Where any product presented on the portal is no longer available or on sale at the timing of the conclusion of the purchase transaction, FLORISSIMA KIDS OF MURGOLO FRANCESCO will communicate the inconvenience within 15 (fifteen) days from the day following that of the transmission. In the case the Customer has already provided the payment of the order, FLORILIEST KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCOwill arrange for the full refund of the amount as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the purchase order. For security reasons no deliveries will be made to post-boxes and the order will therefore not be evaded.
3. Mode of payment
For each order made FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO issues sales document of the shipped material. For the issuance of the invoice, they shall make authentic the information provided by the customer at the notice of the order. The Customer may request the copy of the invoice or tax receipt within three months of the issue.
Delivery expenses are borne by the Customer and are indicated at the place of carrying out the order except as clearly provided in the offer of sale.
All prices on the site are from intense prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Prices may vary without obligation for notice and the only correct price is to be understood to be the one indicated at the time of the order confirmation.
On certain products, subject to price promotions, the seller reserves the right to accept orders by reducing the quantity, after communication and acceptance by the customer, at the defect of which the order will have to be terminated.
In the cases of purchase of the merchandise with payment mode "credit card", contextually at the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference bank will arrange to authorize the sole commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made.
Upon request, an invoice of the merchandise sent to the nominee may be issued, within the meaning of D.P.R. 445/2000 and D.L. 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer to the act of the order shall be authentic. No change in invoice will be possible after the issuance of the same.
The sending of the merchandise takes place only after the acceptance of the order and receipt of the credit.
In the event of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer (for the reasons set out in paragraph 4B below) and in the case of non-acceptance of the same by the seller for reasons not attributable to his / her will, the cancellation of the same and the release of the committed amount (s) will be made (the timing of release depend exclusively on the banking system). Carried out the cancellation of the transaction, the seller cannot be held liable for any damages, arising from the release of the amount committed by the banking system.
FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO reserves the discretion to request the Customer Documents Supplementary Documents Proving the entitlement of the credit card. In the absence of the submission of the documentation FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO reserves the faculty not to accept the order.
The security of transactions is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL) and direct, protected and certified links.
4. Recess & legal guarantee
A. Legal guarantee
The products purchased are always accompanied by a legal guarantee covering production spoilers.
The legal guarantee cannot be made by those who purchased the products as part of their business or professional business, indicating their VAT game.
The legal guarantee entitles you to request FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO, the replacement of the good, without charge, provided that the solution required does not appear impossible or excessively burdensome, considered : the extent of the possible defect, the value of the defect-free product and the eventuality that the alternative could be implemented by avoiding significant inconvenience to the Customer ;
in the event that the repair or replacement proves impossible, overly onerous or is late or will result in significant inconvenience to the Customer and are not effective in solving the problem the Customer has the right to request a reduction in the price. In determining the amount of the reduction you must take into account the use of the good. In any case, for minor defects for which it has not been possible to proceed with the replacement of the product will not be allowed to proceed with the termination of the contract.
The seller shall make the replacement of the product within the maximum time of 30 days after delivery.
In order to enforce the guarantee the Customer must by law :
-retain and exhibit the purchase receipt ;
-denounce the vice within seven days after its discovery ;
B. Right of withdrawal
FLORIEST KIDS OF MURGOLO FRANCESCO reserves the right not to accept merchandise of the same order, rendered and shipped at different times. The expense of returning the merchandise will be borne by the customer, including liability in the event of loss or damage to the products.
In case there was no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order and those who performed the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund of the sums, in case of an exercise of withdrawal, will be against those who have executed the payment.
Online customer acting as a consumer is attributed the right of withdrawal from the contract, as well as envisaged by the artts. 64-67 of D. Lgs. n. 206/2005, said the Code of Consumption.
It is clarified that this right is reserved only for natural persons, i.e., those private consumers who act for purposes outside their profession. No right of withdrawal is provided for legal and physical persons to act, in reference to the purchase contract, in the professional sphere.
According to and within the limits set out in art. 64 of the Code of Consumption, the consumer has faculty, within 10 working days of receipt of the purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting of the possibility of returning the received products and obtaining the refund of the price paid, without penalty and without the need to specify the reason.
This right applies to all products purchased online in the present site.
The expense of returning the product is borne by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal shall be terminated totally where the product returned is not intact, for the absence, for example, of supplement items of the product or in that the product has suffered damages for causes other than transport from the Seller to the consumer, not reported previously.
Without limitations of the right of withdrawal, to the act of the delivery of the product the consumer, who has reason to believe that the product itself has been damaged during transport, will either have to refuse the delivery or accept it with express reservation.
Any withdrawal of integrated packages will have to be made by the customer by placing the words "NECK SUPPLEMENT, WITHDRAWAL WITH CONTENT CONTROL RESERVATION" on the dedicated accompanying document (art. 1698 Civil Code). Each anomaly will then have to be communicated within eight days.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 10 working days of receipt of the purchased product, a communication in which the willingness to withdraw from the purchase contract is clearly manifested.
Such communication must be sent, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Communication can be sent, within the same period, including by telegram (at the address of the company).
The consumer will then have to provide for, using a courier of their own choosing, to ship the product (if possible in the original packaging and, however, always carefully packaged) and of everything originally contained.
The consumer will have to make such shipment within ten working days from the date on which he sent the right of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Important Notes
Transport expenses and liability of the merchandise during the shipment, as provided by law, are to consumer burden.
It is therefore advisable to ensure the product at the chosen courier, having care to carefully pack the merchandise, where possible by placing the original packaging in an exterior box and, however, avoiding damage to the product with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product will have to be returned complete and complete with all of its parts and accessories, including any guarantees. In the event of any transport damage that occurred during the return, FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO will arrange to report the damage to the consumer within five working days of receipt of the product, allowing the consumer to press charges to the courier used for transportation. The damaged merchandise will be made available for restitution and the request for withdrawal will be simultaneously cancelled. Except as provided for in the case of partial withdrawal, FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO will arrange to reimburse, within 30 days after FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO has become aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the full amount of the purchase and transport charges for delivery, by means of a transfer procedure on the credit card or by means of bank transfer on the current account indicated by the consumer ; they shall remain borne by the latter the transport charges for the return of the product.
Where the recess was partial (i.e. only a portion of products delivered with a single delivery), the refund of the consumer-incurred shipping charges for delivery of the products at the time of purchase.
Request for Cancellation of the Order
The purchase order may be cancelled in full if, at the time of the cancellation request, the shipment of the product is still being prepared and, in any case, if the amount has not yet been notched ; in such a case it will not be charged any costs to the Customer. If at the time of the request to cancel the purchase order the product is already entrusted to the courier or, in any case, the amount has been cashed, the consumer will have to exercise the right of withdrawal and send back to FLORISSIMA KIDS DI MURGOLO FRANCESCO The merchandise.
To that end, it is necessary to follow the procedures stated above for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
To each User is prohibited, either by itself or on behalf of someone :
-use the site of FLORISSIMA KIDS OF MURGOLO FRANCESCO for illegal, unlawful or unauthorized purposes or that may harm any right of third parties, including industrial property rights / intellectual rights to privacy, etc. ;
-impersonating the identity of others, hide your identity or directly or indirectly provide or indirectly provide false information ;
-make through the Portal activities of propaganda, sponsorship, advertising or that have fine, even indirectly, professional commercial ;
